Hello.
This week has been pretty much par for the course. Some good things, some bad things.
I’m questioning whether it’s a good idea to commit to trying to write a spying-related post (or any post), once a week. On the one hand, it’s a good self-discipline, and I suppose it helps to keep my case in the public eye. On the other hand, if I don’t have anything to say, people will pretty soon get fed up of hearing about the same old things. I once worked for a cheque-cashing business, and one of my occasional tasks was to hand out leaflets about the company to passers-by. The owner of the company asked me to write a report on marketing for that branch, and I wrote that there was a danger of the public feeling hassled and annoyed if we overdid the leafleting. I think in hindsight it suited me to say that, because I hated doing the leafleting, but I also think there was some truth in what I said.
So I think I’ll pretty much leave it there for today. Please stop watching/listening to this thing that Shehrbano has allegedly created. It’s wrong, and I’m pretty sure everyone knows it’s wrong. However, if you don’t bring yourself to stop, at least have the courage and the decency to be open and honest about what you’re doing. At least that.
‘Til next time,
Take care,
Michael
Hi Mike, how are you? I did reply to your email a few days ago. What with working a lot of hours and losing both of my piggies, I hadn’t seen your email.
I start work as an employee of the NHS on the Staff Bank on Monday. I will be teaching as an employee then, rather than self-employed. However, I am teaching Blogging for Business Masterclasses at the Phoenix next year, for my Blog Trainer UK business. The NHS want me to teach more course for them next year too. I am teaching Twitter and Facebook for recovery courses besides the blogging courses next year.
I used to be a leaflet distributor and enjoyed the job, I am a natural sales person so it’s second nature to me and I know how to do it the best way.

Hi Sandra. I just left you a new testimonial as I couldn’t find the one I wrote before.
I have a question. I want to keep up to date with what the bloggers I follow are doing, but I don’t want to spend hours going through the ‘Blogs I follow’ feed, or getting dozens of emails clogging up my inbox. Any suggestions?

Hi Mike, I just replied to that message. If you could type that testimonial on my http://www.facebook.com/BlogtrainerUK Facebook page, under the review tab, and give me a star rating, that would be awesome.
Regarding your question, you can turn email notifications off. The only way you can keep up with them other than the blogs I follow, is to use the Reader, which have blogs you follow and sometimes ones you don’t. The only problem with this, is not everyone you follow, you may see in the reader. There are tons of posts in there. I recently found out that if you use exactly the same tag and category, one can cancel the other out and stop you showing up in the Reader. Also there is maximum amount of tags and categories to use collectively.
Thinking outside the box, you can bookmark your favourite blogs; and save them to a bookmark folder, then click through each one as and when. I have done this.

Hi Sandra.
Regarding your testimonial, that you want me to type on facebook, I don’t have a copy of it. Coukd you please send me a copy of it, via wordpress if you like, and I will gladly type it on your facebook page, and give you a star rating.
Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike, thank you so much. What you put on my Facebook page is the testimonial, it just needs to be put under the Review tab section to be able to be a permanent review and to give me a star rating. You can message me here or Facebook if you encounter difficulties.

Hi Mike, thank you so much. Here it is – This is what you wrote:
‘I attended a three-class course run by Sandra looking at how to get started in blogging. The classes were enjoyable, well-taught, and easy to understand. Sandra’s personality shone through her teaching and made the experience positive and non-threatening. I have been blogging on and off since the course, and have found it to be a good activity to be involved in.’
